In 1997, Mr. Sehgal embarked on his professional journey with Tata Infotech, a prominent IT company at the time. During his tenure, he discovered his passion for corporate business dealings, leading to an opportunity to head the training and placements divisions at Nirma University and later at Pandit Deendayal Energy University.

Mr. Sachin's career at Nirma University and Pandit Deendayal Energy University is truly commendable. He successfully placed approximately 14,000 engineers from various disciplines in India's most prestigious companies, highlighting his dedication to shaping the careers of aspiring professionals.

In 2013 and at an age of 40, despite being offered a senior position at BITS Pilani, Mr. Sehgal embraced the spirit of entrepreneurship that Gujarat is renowned for. He made a bold decision to start his own venture in the IT field in Ahmedabad. With humble beginnings and limited capital, his IT venture has since expanded its presence to various cities in India, as well as countries like South Africa, Australia, Vietnam, Nigeria, and Kenya. The company now boasts a workforce of around 100 engineers and corporate professionals.

Within Communities Technology (P) Limited, he plays a pivotal role, particularly in overseas operations and sales, solidifying his position as a driving force in the industry.

Mr. Gagan Goswami, a civil engineer with experience of over 27 years, founded Heritage Infraspace India Limited in 2011 when he saw how the world took the quality of work and the safety of workers in underground construction projects seriously. He wanted to replicate the same in his homeland India and be the leader in it.

Hailing from a family of teachers in the little-known town of Gandhisagar in the Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Gagan first started off as a training engineer, working on various projects in India. He further gained international exposure, working as a freelance consultant on construction projects in Oman, Muscat, and Dubai for 4 years.

A true son of the soil, he returned and founded his own company pioneering the use of diaphragm walls for deep basement construction, a crucial segment in underground construction. His keen eye for complete safety in all his projects, along with the usage of modern technologies and machinery helped him find success in this untapped market and become a leader in it. He’s been featured in prestigious publications like the Forbes Magazine, Hindustan Times, TV9, and many others.
