Upon termination of your Account, your right to participate in the Website, including, but not limited to, your right to offer or purchase Services and your right to receive any fees or compensation, including, without limitation, referral discounts, incentive bonuses, or other special offer rewards, shall automatically terminate. You acknowledge and agree that your right to receive any fees or compensation hereunder is conditional upon your proper use of the Website, your adherence to the Terms of Use, the continuous activation of your Account, and your permitted participation in the Website. In the event of Termination of Service, your Account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to your Account or any files or other data contained in your Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, residual data may remain in the CHPL system.

Unless Communities Heritage Private Limited has previously cancelled or terminated your use of the Website (in which case subsequent notice by Communities Heritage Private Limited shall not be required), if you provided a valid email address during registration, Communities Heritage Private Limited will notify you via email of any such termination or cancellation, which shall be effective immediately upon Communities Heritage Private Limited’s delivery of such notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold Communities Heritage Private Limited, and its officers, managers, members, affiliates, successor, assigns, directors, agents, service professionals, suppliers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Termination of Service.

We follow a reliable cancellation/refund policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines governing the cancellation/refund policy.

• 1. If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 30 days before end of your term (via an email to [email protected]) . Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers in 90 days. Since deletion of all data is final, please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.


• 2. Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each term


• 3. You can upgrade or downgrade level of our services at any time of your usage, however Community Heritage Pvt Ltd does not refund any fees in that case


• 4. If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term


• 5. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Community Heritage Pvt Ltd service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.


• 6. Note: No refunds are offered, even if a plan is canceled mid-month.
